Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused, resaleable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
