What is the standard lead time for custom tack trunks?
Since our custom trunks are handcrafted to your specifications, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production and quality inspection before your order ships.

What materials are used in the construction of your trunks?
Our premium trunks are built using high-grade birch plywood, reinforced chrome or brass hardware, and a durable exterior laminate designed to withstand the rigors of the stable and travel.
Can I return a customized item?
Customized items with specific monograms, colors, or branding are non-returnable. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
How do I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor its progress.
